Delivery and Shipping
Here you can find information about how your orders are prepared, shipped and delivered.
Preparation Time
In-stock items are usually prepared and handed over to the courier within 1-3 business days. For made-to-order items, the preparation time is stated on the product page.
Shipping Fee
The shipping fee and the free shipping threshold are shown in the cart and in the order summary. Orders above the specified amount are shipped free of charge.
Delivery
Orders are delivered to the address given during checkout by the contracted courier company. Delivery time may vary depending on the region.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order is handed over to the courier, the tracking number is shared by e-mail/SMS and in the My Account area.
