AMARA
Returns and Right of Withdrawal
For orders placed through Amara Earth Art, customer satisfaction and your statutory rights come first. Our return and withdrawal terms, prepared in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, are summarised below.
1. How do I return an order purchased online?
You have the right to withdraw from the contract and return the product within 14 (fourteen) days from the date you receive it, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. Orders you wish to return must be sent back complete and as they were delivered to you: the product together with the invoice, delivery note, certificate, warranty document and any gift items. If you return the product using the courier company we have an agreement with, the shipping cost is covered by Amara Earth Art. If for any reason you choose not to use our free return procedure and return the parcel through a courier of your own choice, please keep the shipping receipt; however, we cannot reimburse the cost of that shipment. Once the returned product reaches the Seller and the inspection is completed, the full amount you paid (including the standard delivery fee, if any) is refunded within 14 days, in a manner appropriate to the payment method used at purchase.
2. When can the right of withdrawal and return not be used?
Pursuant to the relevant legislation and the nature of our products, the right of withdrawal and return cannot be exercised in the following cases: 1. Products specially prepared, sized to order or modified in line with your requests. 2. Jewellery in direct contact with the skin (in particular earrings) whose protective elements (packaging, seal, tape, etc.) have been opened after delivery and whose return is not suitable in terms of health and hygiene. 3. e-Gift Cards. We do not offer direct product exchange. You may return products that meet the return conditions and place a new order.
3. What are the limits of use (ordinary inspection)?
Products to be returned must only have been examined in the ordinary manner necessary to understand their nature, characteristics and functioning. The buyer is legally responsible for any loss of value arising from wearing or using the jewellery for an extended period, from deformation caused by contact with chemicals such as perfume, cream, alcohol, detergent, bleach, pool water or sea water, and from use contrary to the care instructions. The product must be sent back undamaged and complete, together with its original box, packaging and any promotional or gift items.
4. What you should know about natural stones
The natural stones used in our products may differ from one another in colour, veining, pattern, surface texture, translucency and tone. These natural variations or minor structural asymmetries cannot be regarded as manufacturing defects or defective goods. By the nature of handmade production, reasonable differences may exist in size, arrangement and stone placement details. Stone breakage or cracking, chain breakage or wear of the plating resulting from impact, dropping, misuse or contact with chemicals are deformations caused by the user and fall outside the scope of return and exchange.
5. How is the return process started?
